The deal, greenlit by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and facilitated through Ola Fine, marks a significant expansion for Krippa into the realm of real estate.

With the green light from the Antimonopoly Committee, Krippa is now poised to leave an indelible imprint on the renowned Parus complex, strategically situated in the bustling heart of Kyiv. This strategic move has stirred lively discourse among market pundits, underscoring Krippa’s multifaceted ambitions across diverse sectors of the economy.
Previously, Parus Holding’s majority shares were under the stewardship of Vadym Stolar, orchestrated through the Genesis Foundation. The residual 20% found its place under the ownership of Stolar’s ex-partner, Inna Maistruk, facilitated through the Stream Investment fund.
By securing Parus Holding, Krippa not only inches closer to wielding full control over this illustrious property but also signals a deliberate expansion of his investment portfolio beyond the confines of information technology. This calculated step solidifies Krippa’s foothold in Kyiv’s bustling real estate arena, affirming his dynamic approach to investment diversification.
